Adobe Express Expands Linguistic Reach and AI Features for Enhanced Content Creation in India

Recently, Adobe Express enhanced its content creation platform by introducing support for eight Indian languages. This initiative aims to empower more speakers of native languages, facilitating their participation in content generation. Alongside this linguistic expansion, new generative artificial intelligence features have been incorporated, which users can utilize to enhance their creative projects. The updates are accessible on multiple platforms, such as desktop computers, Android devices, and iOS gadgets applications, as well as the web platform. With these improvements, users can now interact with the Adobe Express platform in Hindi and other regional languages.

In an announcement, the technology powerhouse made it clear that Adobe Express will support Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Tamil, and Telugu are among the diverse languages spoken in India. This expansion is intended to assist everyone from students to seasoned content creators in India in leveraging the capabilities of Adobe Firefly tools effectively.

Thanks to Adobe Firefly, users are equipped with AI functionalities, templates, and productivity tools tailored for the Indian linguistic landscape, enabling effortless image and video creation. Simultaneously, several AI-driven features are being introduced specifically for the Indian market.

One of these new offerings is Auto-Translation, a premium feature that empowers users to translate templates into various Indian languages, with the option to customize them after translation. Additionally, a localized user interface is being introduced in Hindi, Tamil, and Bengali. Users can also benefit from features including the translation of textual elements and handling of multiple pages translation. These advancements are designed to minimize barriers for speakers of regional languages who typically use the platform primarily in English.

Beyond language support, Adobe Express continues to provide numerous AI capabilities, including Generative Fill, Background Removal, Object Removal, Image Generation, Template Generation, Audio Animation, and Video Captioning. Furthermore, users can access thousands of design layouts, Adobe Stock visuals, video materials, and soundtracks tracks.

Adobe asserts that the tools powered by Firefly follow the criteria established by the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA), which offers an open-source method to tag AI-generated content. Initially launched as a mobile platform with a limited free access period, Adobe Express now features a premium subscription priced at Rs. 480. Subscribing provides full access to all Firefly AI functionalities, along with the previously mentioned tools. In addition, subscribers receive 100GB of cloud storage to keep their creative work safe.
